- We would ask that if you are going to arrive late please let us know.
- For the overall comfort of our guests and in line with current legislation, there is a No Smoking policy throughout the hotel.
- Cancellations: We do appreciate that circumstances change - if you have to cancel please notify us as soon as possible. If you do not cancel and fail to arrive we will charge the full cost of the first night's stay. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, and we cannot resell the room we will charge for your first night.
- Check in time is 2.00pm onwards. If you would like to check in earlier please do contact us and we will try to accommodate you.
- Check out is 10.30 am.
- We
accept pets at Sherbourne House, please notify us at the time of
booking. We make no charge for your pets, but ask that you bring their
bedding and that they are not left unattended in the room. Needless to
say, Assistance Dogs are always welcome throughout the hotel.
